“Unleash your potential” is the motto of the ProSiebenSat.1 Academy. It offers us a comprehensive and compelling array of further training opportunities. Lunch & Learn, for example, sees experts from the ProSiebenSat.1 Group discuss new projects and strategic business topics during lunch break. Personalities from outside the company are invited to talk about current trends and developments at the Guest Speaker evening events. The Innovation Camp has proved very popular, with participants from different parts of the company teaming up to solve tasks beyond those of their usual fields of work.
We bring together theory and practice in special Media Trainings: Employees with expert knowledge and colleagues who have led successful projects share the benefits of their experience. Topics covered include online marketing,video advertising and project management. Moreover, we offer our employees a comprehensive catalogue of further training. Basic study is available for themes such as communication, leadership, foreign languages and IT.
The ProSiebenSat.1 Academy brings us into contact with interesting people. It cultivates knowledge transfer and networking throughout the company –enabling us to see and think beyond the parameters of our daily work.
PERFORMANCE AND TALENT PROMOTION
We ensure that we are always able to offer future prospects to talented and ambitious employees. With this in mind, we created our “Performance Development” talent management programme for senior management and those with management potential. Employees with particularly high levels of performance and above-average potential are given an individual, long-term development plan. Participants receive regular feedback on factors such as their management style, as media entrepreneurs and their business sense. What is more, “Performance Development” is linked to an attractive bonus programme. ProSiebenSat.1 uses the programme to support the company’s future planning – successful development goes hand in hand with a career.
